Join us for an evening of tasting and cooking...Crazy Combos, Above and Beyond the Usual Vinaigrette. We will sample our favorite flavored olive oil and vinegar combinations and discuss a variety of uses for each. On the menu, Black Bean and Mango Salsa with Jalapeno and Passion Fruit Vinaigrette, Spinach and Blackberry Salad with Black Pepper and Zinfandel Vinaigrette, and Brie Quesadilla with Pomegranate and Apple Balsamic Dipping Sauce. Announcing Olive Ovations, the club for lovers of great olive oil and other wonderful foods. Participants receive four offerings per year primarily of olive oils, with some vinegars and specialty foods. New harvest, limited releases, and new products are featured along with detailed information about the products and recipes. Each offering costs approximately $75 plus shipping. Local customers are welcome to pick up at the store and save the shipping cost. In addition, participants enjoy 5% off their other purchases of olive oils and vinegars year round.
